Meredith Brabender, Contracts Manager

As the Contracts Manager, Meredith manages and develops strategic initiatives, including OXFORD’s Records-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering.  Meredith provides program management, IT strategy, and IT capital planning and investment control (CPIC) operations support to current contract and corporate program operations, including ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3 services processes.  Meredith supports contract administration, through administration and maintenance of OXFORD’s non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), and subcontract agreements.  Meredith has 15+ years of consulting and IT project management experience.

Meredith holds a B.A., Government, from the University of Virginia and an M.P.A. from James Madison University.  She is a Certified Capital Planning Professional (CPP) and Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME).  In her spare time, Meredith enjoys yoga, tennis, and running.
