North Beach, Maryland, January 31, 2025OxfordGC begins 2025 by being appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® framework. The appraisal was performed by CommandTec (Appraisal #74781), an ISACA/CMMI Institute Business Partner in accordance with the Standard CMMI® Appraisal Method for the new Process Improvement CMMI V3.0 benchmark model, and it expires January 31, 2028.

The CMMI V3.0 benchmark model represents a standardized, structured framework for process improvement that organizations can use to assess and elevate their capabilities across domains that include software development, services, and supplier management. This modernized version of the previous CMMI models is flexible and integrated (it consolidates prior separate models for Development, Services, Acquisition, etc.); performance-focused, emphasizing outcomes and value creation; and is digital-native, with a browser-based architecture and integrated online tools.

Gregg Kelly, CEO and President of Oxford commented: “Achieving a CMMI V3.0 Level 3 rating highlights  OxfordGC’s focus on disciplined software development delivery and operational excellence. The updated model raises the bar for performance, and I’m proud that our team embraced the challenge and completed the appraisal with no weaknesses which demonstrates our V3.0 capability.”
