Medical Document Scanning Contract

North Beach, Maryland, February 17, 2026 –

Oxford Government Consulting, LLC (OxfordGC) announced it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide medical document scanning and records integration services in support of the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) and the broader VISN 10 network. Under the contract, OxfordGC will deliver comprehensive scanning and importing of patient medical and administrative records into the VA’s electronic medical record systems. The contract includes a one-year base period with four option years.
