Oxford Government Consulting, LLC (OxfordGC), a leading provider of mission-focused consulting and operational support services to federal agencies, today announced it has been awarded a prime contract under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Digitization and Conversion Acceleration Support (DCAS) program. The award supports the IRS Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Initiative 1.2, which advances large-scale digitization and modernization of IRS records and information systems.
Under Task Order No. 2032H8-24-F-00083, OxfordGC will provide comprehensive digitization and conversion acceleration support, including secure receipt and handling of source materials, high-volume document conversion, metadata management, and post-conversion quality and retention services. This work will help the IRS improve operational efficiency, accelerate access to critical information, and enhance taxpayer service while meeting stringent security and privacy requirements.
“Being selected to support the IRS DCAS mission is both an honor and a responsibility,” said Gregg Kelly, CEO of OxfordGC. “The IRS is undertaking one of the most important modernization efforts in its history, and OxfordGC is proud to bring our proven digitization expertise, disciplined program management, and security-first culture to help deliver measurable results for the American taxpayer.”
OxfordGC will leverage its established processes, cleared personnel, and experience supporting large, complex federal programs to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery across all phases of the contract.
“This award reflects the strength of our operational model and the trust our federal customers place in our team,” said Alex Kelly, Director of Business Operations at OxfordGC. “Our focus is on execution excellence—from secure material handling to scalable conversion workflows—so the IRS can realize the full value of its digitization investments under the Inflation Reduction Act.”
The DCAS task order further expands OxfordGC’s footprint supporting federal modernization initiatives and reinforces the company’s commitment to helping agencies transform legacy processes into efficient, secure, and data-driven operations.
