In Partnership with Maximus Federal Services, Inc., OxfordGC Expands DoED Capabilities

Oxford Government Consulting, LLC (OxfordGC), a trusted provider of mission-focused management and technology consulting services, today announced that it has been awarded a subcontract to support the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid (FSA) Debt Management and Collections System (DMCS) in partnership with Prime, Maximus Federal Services, Inc. Under the award, OxfordGC will provide critical program, business, and technical support services that advance the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of FSA’s debt management operations.
The DMCS program plays a vital role in supporting the federal student aid lifecycle by managing debt collection, financial operations, and system modernization activities that help ensure responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. OxfordGC will deliver expertise across key functional areas including requirements management, change management, financial operations and analysis, schedule management, and quality and performance support, in close collaboration with the prime contractor and government stakeholders.
