9/1/2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Oxford a key Prime Medical Document Scanning Contract. OXFORD is responsible for providing full-service medical record document conversion services and electronic file importing into the VA’s electronic health record system. Oxford provides both on-site and off-site benefits management services.
