Oxford Government Consulting, LLC (OxfordGC) and MGR Professional Services, Inc. (MGR) today announced the formation of MissionFirst JV, LLC, a new joint venture purpose-built to pursue and perform federal government small business contracting opportunities. MissionFirst JV brings together the complementary strengths of OxfordGC and MGR to deliver high-impact solutions that put mission outcomes first.
MissionFirst JV is structured as an unpopulated joint venture, with MGR serving as the Managing Venturer. Through the joint venture, the companies will combine OxfordGC’s depth in advanced technology solutions, field and operational support, and federal program execution complementing MGR’s status and proven capabilities across information technology, staffing, cybersecurity, change management, operations, and humanitarian support services.
