10/1/2019. THE NATIONAL CEMETERY ADMINISTRATION HAS AWARDED OXFORD A KEY MEMORIAL PRODUCTS SERVICES (MPS) MAIL PROCESSING AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SUPPORT CONTRACT. The National Cemetery Administration honors Veterans with a final resting place and lasting memorials that commemorate their service to our nation. OXFORD’s support of this key VA NCA MPS contract includes processing VA Form 40-1330, Application for Standard Government Headstone or Marker, VA Form 40-1330M, Claim for Government Medallion for Placement in a Private Cemetery, VA Form 40- 0247, Requests for Presidential Memorial Certificates (PMC), and VA Form 27-2008, Applications for United States Flag.
OXFORD is responsible for receiving, screening, separating, converting to electronic format, and processing VA NCA MPS applications to ensure the timely issuance of a headstone, marker, medallion, PMC, or United States Flag. Processing also includes OXFORD sending letters to the claimant to request additional information as required.
