Oxford program staff support a Cabinet Level Agency in achieving the highest FITARA Scorecard 11.0 grades in the Federal government – to include 6 A’s and 1 B. FITARA Scorecard 11.0 was released in December 2020 and is the House Subcommittee on Government Operation’s rating on how Cabinet Level Agencies are implementing the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) requirements and other key pieces of IT legislation.
