7/23/2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Oxford a key Prime Blanket Purchase agreement contract. OXFORD is responsible for meeting the VA’s requirement for the processing of medical and administrative record files into the VA’s electronic medical records system. This includes full service conversion, indexing, and quality assurance activities.
